HVACing provides homeowner-focused HVAC education and informational content. We are not an HVAC contractor, installer, or repair company, and we do not offer professional HVAC services through this Site.

1. Educational Content Only — Not Professional Advice

All articles, guides, tools (including any AC finder or product comparison features), checklists, and other materials on the Site are for general educational and informational purposes only.

They are not:

Professional HVAC, engineering, electrical, or mechanical advice

11. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may update content, tools, and these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when Terms are revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where prohibited by law.
